Before purchasing any kind of ventless fireplace you should check with your local government to make sure it is up to code for your area. Most people will be able to use one of these portable fireplaces in their home or apartment because they are made to be safe. When it comes to the weight, it will depend on how large the fireplace is and whether or not it comes with a surrounding mantel area. You will find gas burning fireplaces that look like boxes enclosed in glass and those that look like they belong in a palace.
Comparison shopping is important when looking for a burner fireplace. The more models you view the more likely you are to choose the right one for your home.
